We are the instructors of the Black Belt at Home Distance Training University. Our backgrounds in various martial arts and teaching experiences have prepared us for our most important student – you. Through simple to follow video instruction, insightful articles, and a streamlined training program – we will help you to reach your black belt! Sensei Michael has been studying traditional arts since age seven and is well-known for his weapons training instruction, most notably the bo. Sensei Jon is a 6th Dan instructor of Shotokan Karate, and Master level in Tai Chi and Chi Kung. Michael South is a black belt Krav Maga instructor and has been a student of the martial arts for over ten years. We look forward to training with you soon!
